Once you have booked a boat hire session there is no need to go to reception. Simply head straight down to the beach where you will find our staff (in blue polo shirts). Ready to get you signed in and out on the water as quickly as possible. To help avoid delays please turn up at least 5 minutes before your session starts. 

On busy days the booking may be running slightly behind but please bear with us as we will be working hard to thing running back to time.

All you really need to bring for boat hire is yourself and suitable clothing that you don't mind getting wet. Wetsuits can be hired for a fee from reception, you should allow additional time for this before your booking time (subject to availability). We will provide all participants with a suitable buoyancy aid which must remain on for the duration of your time on the water.

  • Minimum age of 2 Subject to suitable craft and being accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Under 8 must must be on the same craft as a supervising adult.
  • Under 16s must have a supervising adult on site at all times.

Please ensure any valuables are either left in a secure location on secured to your person in a waterproof case as we will be unable to assist with any loss or damage to these items. Lockers can be found in the adult changing rooms. Padlocks can be purchased from reception or you can bring your own.
