Thank you for booking with Dinton Activity Centre. Please check your confirmation email carefully for activity times. You should aim to sign in 15 minutes before your activity starts. Please read our terms and conditions (pdf).
What to Bring Guide
Please read carefully our What to Bring Guide. This will detail what you need to bring with you, depending on the type of activity you have booked for. It is important for the well-being and enjoyment of the participant that they come prepared.
Please ensure participants arrive with a filled water bottle and snacks/lunch where applicable.
Every participant must complete an online consent form submitted on, or prior to the first day of the course or activity.
For groups, please complete the group consent form and email to firstname.lastname@example.org or bring it with you on the day of your activity. If you have instant access to participants’ medical information—for example, on a school database—the group consent form is appropriate.
Consent forms must be completed and signed before any participant can take part in the activity.
Important information regarding participant medications
We kindly ask that any medication left in our care is clearly listed on the consent form, along with information on what it is for and when to be administered.
Please also state clearly if medicines left at the centre must accompany the participant at all times (on land and water), or can be left at a central location within the centre. If the medication must stay with the participant at all times (on land and water), you must provide a dry pack for the medication.

Can my child sign themselves in/out?
We only accept self-registration forms for children aged 13 and over. The adult must complete the self-registration form and return it to the activity prior to the start of the activity or course they are booked on to. Download the self-registration form and email it to email@example.com A new self-sign in/out form must be completed at the start of each week the child is at the activity centre.
Some of our activities have a set programme so you know what to expect. On other activities, we encourage the participants to set their own programme based on their interests. We can't always guarantee that the programme won't change, sometimes at very short notice, due to matters outside of our control.
Who are our activities suitable for?
Teen and junior courses are suitable for people aged 6-17. To be able to include everyone we will make reasonable changes and adaptations to the programme of events where possible. It is essential that participants are able to take care of their own personal and social needs, for example getting changed. Participants can arrange to bring their own carer to assist with personal care, including behavioural and medical support, or Dinton staff can be provided at an additional cost to act as activity support where appropriate. This is at the discretion of the Centre Manager.
