All Hands on Deck for Junior Sailing Weeks
Junior Stage 4 and Advanced Sailing modules will need to be booked as a pair from the same household or bubble for the sailors to use duel occupancy boats, of which social distancing cannot be maintained.
We will be teaching in smaller groups of five students to one instructor, and indoor time kept to a minimum. We will have a limit of 20 children across our sailing weeks this summer to ensure social distancing can be maintained indoors. Showers will not be in use (unless emergencies) so we ask participants to shower at home of an evening.
Wetsuits, helmets and buoyancy aids will be issued on the Monday and sent home with the participants for the duration of the week to care for as their own. On the Friday we will take these items back and disinfect the equipment and leave in our store unused across the weekend before the next course.
All participants will be required to wear face coverings when inside the building, unless exempt. Click here for the latest guidance on face coverings.
